Math:  decimal tenth a greater than 1 and adding decimal tents



English:  presentations on novels due tomorrow

We had our STEAM DAY today.  We participated in a variety of activities involving Math, Science, and the Arts.  Ask your child about the activities.

Math:  p. 339, 5-8


Thursday, May 5, 2016:

English:  Monologue written from the point of view of a character from their novels - written part due Monday

Science:  Habitats title page due tomorrow

Friday, May 6, 2016:

Math: review for quiz on fractions and decimals (Monday)
Page 351, #2-8

If they want to do some extra practice, they can work on any of the questions from pages 352 and 353


English:  written form of character monologue is due on Monday 


Monday, May 9, 2016:

NO HOMEWORK!!!!

Tomorrow, six of our classmates are competing at Birchmount Stadium.  Good luck to you all!  Don't forget that if you are on the first bus, you have to be at school by 7:45 am.  (All except the grade 4 girls triple jumper are on the first bus.)

Tuesday, May 10, 2016:

NO HOMEWORK - due to Birchmount, we worked through most of the day but did not begin anything new today.  Enjoy the night off again.
